A new beginning...Spenishta IT (INDIA) Pvt LTD

The word 'Spenishta' is derived from Persian mythology which means the following..
A Super-Intellect that is “spenishta mainyu,” meaning “the Most Progressive Mind,” the most increasing mentality and not a static godhead. A Super-Intellect that communions with Its creations and inspires them through “seraosha” the inner-voice within them. A Super-Intellect that has granted freedom of thought, will, word, action, and choice to creations and endowed them with good mind, truth, power, and peace to prosper and progress to wholeness and immortality. A god very impersonal in mind but very personal in thoughts, a god that means only good. A Super-Intellect that wisely creates, sustains, maintains, and promotes Its creation

With these 4-layers, Spenishta policies ensure that strong risk management and fraud prevention procedures are enacted at every step of the grant life cycle
• It is of utmost important that the reported results of the Spenishta can be relied upon. This section describes the Spenishta approach to data quality.
• Spenishta results are based on data reported from programs the organization supports using their monitoring and evaluation systems. These results having undergone several internal and external checks at each stage of the monetary/financial/grant life cycle are then compared with results from partner systems before they are released twice per year.
1) Checks on M/F/Grant life
2) Monitoring and evaluation, Self Assessment
3) Reporting results

During the lifespan of a MOU (b/w employee and the employer), the consultant is required to conduct monthly on-site verification of program date for their reference checks. These assessment targets selected output and process indicators, although some outcome indicators are also included. OSDV is a management performance indicator with its program target of 85% implementation
Key finding identified during OSDVs and data quality audits and actionable recommendations are forwarded by the management by means of management letters.
Data Quality Audits (DQA): DQA is a tool and methodology. It 1) assesses the ability of monitoring and evaluation systems to collect and report quality data and 2)verifies the accuracy of reported data for key indicators at selected programs or projects.
• The results of data quality audits (DQA) and on-site data verification (OSDV) are also systematically fed back into ‘Project Management’ to improve organization’s monitoring and evaluation systems.
It is essential to ensure that the criminal deeds of a few do not undermine the essential support of the Spenishta to the hundreds of its employee trainees and tens and thousands of dedicated staff who share our dreams, passion and ambitions with efficiency, dignity, integrity and pride and effectiveness to achieve results.
Risk, however will remain an inherent part of the Spenishta career building and project management business. As the Spenishta continues to apply its 4-layers of assurance to grants/finance and programs, and as the identified amounts of frauds and misspent funds increase, Spenishta will continue to earn the trust of its employers and local fund raisers and donors through the proactive and transparent way in which it learns, grows and improves.
